These little pocket hearts are the perfect thank you gift. Also, known as pocket hugs, these are made by me in my glass fusing studio in Loveland, Colorado.
These measure about 1 1/2 inches and are about 1/4 inch thick.
Handmade glass is cut and finished and then placed in a kiln where they're heated to 1470 degrees. They are then annealed for strength and slowly brought back to room temperature, a process that takes about a day.
These are made from handmade art glass so each is unique.
Bonus: These come with a sweet card with a poem for your loved one. If you would like your heart mounted with glue onto the card (it's removable), please let me know and I'll do that before I ship this out.
An important note about postage. One heart ships at the two ounce USPS parcel rate and is by far the most expensive to ship. Because my shipping rates are based on the actual weight of your parcel, larger orders have much better postage rates.
